How does hotel and villa pickup work?
Simply book on HoganLaundry.com, select your pickup date and time slot (anytime between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM). You can leave your laundry at your hotel reception, bell desk, concierge, or villa security gate. Please inform the staff that it is for Hogan Laundry. Once you take a quick photo of the bag, our courier picks it up seamlessly.
Hygiene & Washing
Are my clothes washed separately or mixed?
We guarantee 100% Hygienic Isolation. Your garments are NEVER mixed with other customers’ clothing. Each order is washed in an individual dedicated commercial washer with fresh water and eco-friendly detergents.

What turnaround speeds do you offer?
We offer three flexible tiers: Next Day Service (ready within 24 hours), Same Day Express (ready within 10-12 hours), and Priority Half-Day Rush (ready in 6 hours). Check your vendor storefront for express options.
Itemized Laundry
How does itemized laundry (Laundry Satuan) work?
Unlike generic per-kilo wash, our itemized laundry allows you to select specific shirts, trousers, suits, dresses, shoes, and bedding. Each garment is inspected, treated according to its fabric care tag, and pressed with professional steam irons.

We cover all major tourist and residential hubs across South and Central Bali: Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, Pererenan, Sanur, Kuta, Legian, and Tabanan.
Payment
How do I pay for my laundry order?
We accept all major Indonesian digital payment methods including QRIS (GoPay, OVO, Dana, BCA Mobile), Virtual Accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), Credit/Debit Cards, and hotel concierge settlement.
